This article describes the process. If you have been granted permission to edit your company's profile, you have received an invitation email with a link to the exhibitor dashboard. This dashboard can also be accessed through the web app that is used during the event. ### Downloadable instructions to share with representatives You can download instructions for representatives on how to access the exhibitor dashboard, update information and track leads by downloading and sharing [this PDF document](https://knowledge.conferencecompass.com/hubfs/Sponsors%20%26%20Exhibitor%20Instructions-5%20Steps.pdf?hsLang=en). Access the dashboard To access the dashboard, click the link in the email invite you have received. You will need to [create an account](https://knowledge.conferencecompass.com/how-can-i-edit-my-public-profile?hsLang=en) using the same email address as the one on which you received the invitation email. If you already have created an account, you can just enter your email address and password to [sign in.](https://knowledge.conferencecompass.com/how-can-i-edit-my-public-profile?hsLang=en) When signed in, you will see a page containing the event description, and a list *My exhibitor profiles* that contains all profiles you are a representative of. A notification appears at the top right saying your changes were sent.
