Update company profiles through the exhibitor dashboard

Representatives can be granted permission to update the profile of their company, for example the company information, logo, video or links. This article describes the process.

If you have been granted permission to edit your company's profile, you have received an invitation email with a link to the exhibitor dashboard. This dashboard can also be accessed through the web app that is used during the event.

Access the dashboard

To access the dashboard, click the link in the email invite you have received. You will need to create an account using the same email address as the one on which you received the invitation email. If you already have created an account, you can just enter your email address and password to sign in.

When signed in, you will see a page containing the event description, and a list My exhibitor profiles that contains all profiles you are a representative of. You have edit rights for the institutions that are not disabled.

Click the company name to access the dashboard.

Update your company's profile

On the Info tab of the dashboard that opens, you can edit the profile of your company.

  • General: logo, name, subtitle, website
  • Layout: other visual material
  • Content: contains the tabs
    • Info: company info, video link (booth only)
    • Resources: external links or PDFs
    • Contact: contact information and social media links

When you are updating the information and want to continue later, don't forget to press Save.

Submit for review

To send your changes to the event organiser for review, press Submit for review. A notification appears at the top right saying your changes were sent. They will be reviewed and only be published to attendees after being approved.
