Features and improvements
WYSIWYG-editor
- You can now add tables from the toolbar in the WYSIWYG editor. When clicking the button, you can select the table size you want to add. After the table is created, you can add rows or columns, you can make the table border invisible, or delete the table.

- When pressing Shift-Enter to go to the next line, this is now reflected in the web app as well.
- When adding a link, the validation now also accepts cc://, mailto: and tel: links, instead of only http:// and https://.
- When pasting from Word, the text is cleaned up and pasted instead of an image of the text.
Other
- The option to add a page banner has been removed from Info and Search pages, as that option is not supported in the web app.
- A link to quickly open the web app is added in the Settings page, General tab.

Bug fixes
Excel import
- The Excel import was updated so that it's clearer what you are importing, and where to find the logs and the template. Every tab has the category name above the menu, and then 4 options: Import from Excel sheet, Download template, View import logs and Export to Excel sheet.

- When using a programme sync integration together with imports from Excel, classifiers that are added with Excel are no longer overwritten when running the channel.
- When creating an export of data that was imported with Excel, and re-importing that, the fields can now still be locked. Before, anything that was imported, even though it did not change, counted as being manually imported and was thus not lockable.
Other
- When deleting a default banner image from a programme item type in Settings > Data types, it now remains deleted. Before, it returned when refreshing the page.
- When creating an event from an template that was created from an old studio, the warning about saving your changes is no longer shown when viewing an information page.
- When allowing the representatives to edit the institution profiles, you can now accept the changes in the institution detail page. Before, the page was hanging when the representative had uploaded a link without an icon.
- The errors that were appearing after implementing a bunch of security fixes are no longer showing.

Features and improvements
Accessibility
- The dashboards for backend access (virtual moderator, speaker, presenter and non-virtual vote & ask dashboard) are now fully accessible:
- All controls can be accessed with the keyboard and with screen readers
- The semantic HTML was improved to allow for better interpretation using a screen reader.
- ARIA labels and roles were added where they were missing
- Alt texts are provided for images or placeholder frames
- When opening a news message detail page with a screen reader, it now gets focus so you can easily close it again.
- When using the top menu layout, the menu is now fully accessible with the right focus states, labels and roles.
- Improved alt texts for institution and person backgrounds and logo or profile picture placeholders.
Daily programme
- Opening an item from the daily programme in the side panel is now faster.
- The day name and date now always fit on one line in the chip on the daily programme. Before, it was on two lines in some cases, causing it to leave the chip.

- When filtering the daily programme by tag, days that do not have any sessions with that tag are no longer shown.
Other
- On the exhibitor dashboard, where exhibitors can edit their own profiles, a loader is added when uploading a PDF. This way you can see that your PDF is still uploading, and the page is not hanging.

- A padding was added above info pages, so that you no longer have to start the HTML with a line break or empty paragraph. Before, the text was too close to the menu bar.
Bug fixes
- Slides or poster PDFs can be opened again from the side panel.

Features and improvements
- Security improvevents to web app, mobile app and studio.
- The studio now requires 2-factor authentication using an authenticator app. The first time you sign in while it's not set up, you will be asked to scan a QR code with your authenticator app to add it there. After that, you will have to add the one-time code generated by this authenticator app when you sign in. Optionally, you can be remembered on a device for 30 days.
- The Contacts page in the mobile app has an integrated QR code scanner. With this scanner, you can scan other people's virtual business cards, that can be found in the app, to open their profile directly.
- On the mobile app, tablets now have a 4-column layout for the event landing page, instead of 2 columns like on phones.
- The acccessibility of the moderator dashboard has been improved, allowing easier navigation and operation with VoiceOver or keyboard only.
- The setting to make uploaded slides or posters visible to attendees is now by default on for new data types and for all types in the default template. Before, it was by default off, causing confusion when a PDF was uploaded in the studio but not visible in the app. Please note that older template files might still contain types for which this setting is off.
Bug fixes
- When opening the web app on a mobile device, the Menu button works again. Additionally the cross to the Notifications and Conversations page is visible again.

Features and improvements
Accessibility
- The focus order was made more logical. Examples: when opening an item from the programme or a list, the focus goes directly to the side panel, or when opening a modal the focus is directly in the modal.
- A focus style was added to components that did not have it yet.
- The language was added to the HTML body tag, for example EN-GB when the event language is British English, or NL when it's Dutch.
- The accessibility of the About this platform panel is improved: images have labels and the horizontal lines are now ignores by screen readers.
- Browsing the daily programme with VoiceOver was made easier and more logical. In the table view, the start and end times of programme items are read as well when toggling through the items.
- Programme items can be rated from the card on the Interactive tab with the keyboard or VoiceOver.
- Plus a few other small improvements with regards to keyboard and VoiceOver navigation.
Other
- It is clearer how to add a new vote question: the title is renamed from 'Questions' to 'Vote questions' and the button now also has a label, instead of only a + icon.
- The tags in the Exhibitor booth are now in the same order and color as elsewhere. Before, they were grouped together at the top of the page, now they grouped per type. The order of these types is like set in the data types.
- In the exhibitor dashboard, slideshow images can now be uploaded for institutions that have the side panel layout, and not only for the exhibitor booth.
Bug fixes
- The filters on the daily programme work again.
- Starting a chat with a representative in the exhibitor booth no longer crashes the page.
