# How to export your event data?

## This article explains how to export you event programme data, session recordings, analytics, images etc.

To create an export, you will first need to sign in to your studio. Access [studio.floq.live](https://studio.floq.live/), sign in and select the studio you want to create the exports of.

Open your event.

On the left menu, select *Data*. The tabs *Program items, Posters, Institutions, Persons, Tags and Places* will be shown.

Below *Programme items*, click on the drop-down menu below *Type* and select *Any*.

In the top right corner, click *Import/ Export* and choose *Export to Excel sheet.* The file containing programme item data will start downloading.

You can open the downloaded file in Excel.

Follow the same steps for *Posters, Institutions, Persons, Tags and Places*.
