[Advanced features](https://knowledge.conferencecompass.com/for-organisers?hsLang=en#advanced-features) # How to enable and use the AI Suite in Floq Studio ## The AI suite enhances the attendee experience in your event app by providing smart assistant capabilities and personalized recommendations. **Note!** This is an add-on feature. Interested? Please discuss with your Customer Success Manager. By turning on this feature, you can offer instant Q&A through a [chat assistant](https://knowledge.conferencecompass.com/ai-suite#chat_assistant_widget), tailored [session suggestions](https://knowledge.conferencecompass.com/ai-suite#session_recommendations_widget), [attendee suggestions](https://knowledge.conferencecompass.com/ai-suite#attendee_recommendations) for networking and an automated [note enricher](https://knowledge.conferencecompass.com/ai-suite#notes_enricher_ai) for your event participants. All features in the suite can be enabled directly within your event settings. 👉 **How to enable the AI Suite in the Floq Studio:** First, discuss with your Customer Success Manager about purchasing this feature. To enable, go to *Settings* \> go to the *Advanced* tab \> Scroll to the *Add-ons* section \> toggle on the *AI Suite* feature. For example, the attendee can ask what time is a session related to a certain topic on a certain day or time. They can ask about a speaker or presenter and what other sessions they are presenting in, for example. It functions similarly to the Happening now pages by showcasing a highlighted selection of sessions that opens into a full list when clicked. Attendees **must** save favourites in the app first to generate accurate recommendations. **👉 How to add it to the Home page:** Go to *Pages* \> *Home* tab \> Click *Add widget* in the top left corner of the *Home* page and select *Session recommendations*. Shows a horizontal row of recommended attendees above the standard attendee directory. You can scroll through these recommended people by swiping left. This feature can be optionally turned on within the attendee list settings to foster better networking among participants. 👉 **How to enable attendee recommendations:** Go to *Pages* \> *Pages* tab \> Go to *Networking & profile* section \> find the *Attendee list* page \> scroll to the *Content* section and toggle on the *Enable recommendations* button.    ![Screenshot 2026-10-06 at 17.50.40](https://knowledge.conferencecompass.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-10-06%20at%2017.50.40.png?width=585&height=138&name=Screenshot%202026-10-06%20at%2017.50.40.png) #### Notes enricher 👁️ **Where users see it:** When adding notes to an object (a programme item, person, or industry). Users can see their notes in their *Profile* \> *My notes*. Appears automatically when attendees write notes in the app, provided the AI suite is enabled. It transforms brief keywords into clear, readable sentences for faster and cleaner note-taking. You can try out these features in the Annual event section of the Floq app. In future updates, access to these tools will be connected to specific module tiers. #### ⚙️ Troubleshooting If attendees cannot see personalized session recommendations on their home screen widget, confirm that they have selected and saved favourites in their schedule. The recommendation engine requires existing favourites data to suggest relevant sessions. If the attendee recommendation row is not showing on the attendee list, check your attendee list configuration in Floq Studio. Make sure the toggle for recommended attendees is enabled in those specific settings. If the AI widgets or note enricher option are missing entirely, verify that the main AI suite toggle is turned on.
